Federal Class Action Filed
AADJ v. Epic Systems is a landmark federal class action challenging the health IT giant's role in blocking disabled Americans' access to their own medical records. Filed in the Western District of Texas, the case alleges antitrust violations, ADA violations, and information blocking under the 21st Century Cures Act.
