This Isn't Just Advocacy. It's Action.

AADJ is on the front lines of disability justice- in court, on Capitol Hill, and in communities across the country.

01

Federal Class Action Filed

AADJ v. Epic Systems is a landmark federal class action challenging the health IT giant's role in blocking disabled Americans' access to their own medical records. Filed in the Western District of Texas, the case alleges antitrust violations, ADA violations, and information blocking under the 21st Century Cures Act.

02

1,300+ Federal Complaints and Counting

AADJ has helped drive over 1,300 federal complaints to HHS, building the enforcement record that led to the government's active crackdown on information blocking. Every complaint strengthens the case.

03

On Capitol Hill

AADJ leadership attended the Senate HELP Committee hearing on health data in March 2026 and continues to brief lawmakers on the direct connection between information blocking and the disability claims backlog.
